With advanced degrees in educational leadership, curriculum design, and instructional coaching, LanVy draws inspiration from Saint John Bosco and the Salesian spirit to guide her educational philosophy and practices.

English and Education Degree: LanVy's academic journey, inspired by her family's respect for education, began with a bachelor's degree in English and Education from the University of Texas at Austin. This foundation provided her with a deep understanding of literature, language, and effective teaching practices.
Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership: LanVy earned an advanced degree in Educational Leadership from Saint Mary's University, complemented by leadership training at Harvard University. She is currently pursuing a Principalship Certification from Lamar University while coaching teachers in a community public school. These experiences have provided her with a robust foundation in strategic leadership, curriculum development, and fostering positive school environments, enhancing her ability to guide and inspire educational settings.

With a focus on English Language Arts from kindergarten through 12th grade, LanVy has served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and educational leader, guiding students through their literary development and helping them build a strong academic foundation.
Leadership in Education: At Don Bosco Academy, LanVy has seamlessly integrated her passion for teaching with leadership, fostering student success and personal growth. 
Her extensive involvement in leadership seminars, curriculum development, and
professional development workshops has established her as a respected leader in data-driven instructional practices and teacher development, demonstrating her commitment
to educational excellence and innovation.
